No additives, bleaching agents, or chemicals are used to make this coconut sugar.
How to Take
Use in the same 1:1 ratio as regular sugar.
Reseal pouch. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate for maximum shelf-life. Ingredients do not contain gluten but are packed in a facility that may handle products containing gluten, nuts, and sesame seeds.

Product Sourcing
Matakana's organic Coconut Sugar is made from the coconut sap collected from organically grown coconut trees in Indonesia by our co-op partners. This is done by connecting a bamboo tube to the coconut flower stem which catches the nectar as it’s produced by the tree and transports it to a collection bowl at the other end. It is then collected by co-op members every 4-5 hours before being put through a natural dehydration process until sugar crystals are formed.
