Helpful Hint: To use as an egg replacement in baking, simply combine 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp cold water to form a gel.
Reseal pouch. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for maximum shelf-life. Ingredients do not contain gluten but are packed in a facility that may handle products containing gluten, nuts, and sesame seeds.
