How to Take
Dosage (Adults): 2 g (1⁄2 metric tsp) per day.
(Each dose contains approx. 1008 mg chlorogenic acid).
Doses per pouch: 50
Directions: Add to water or juice. Ideally taken 30-60 minutes before meals.
