Usage:
Stove Top: Pour the porridge into a saucepan, add water or milk and a pinch of salt. Gently bring to the boil and simmer, stirring occasionally until the porridge reaches a good consistency (approx. 3-5 mins).
Microwave: Combine porridge with water or milk in a microwave-safe bowl and stir lightly. Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Serve with fresh fruit and sprinkle with coconut sugar or drizzle with a little honey. This porridge can also be used to make Bircher muesli.
